We are so excited to welcome you to an extra special night of Playin at the Chul on June 13th from 6pm-9pm. This is going to be such a memorable night for Tucson families.
Following this email, you will receive and invoice from us for your vendor payment. Please pay this within 5 days so we can secure your space. If you have any specific set up or facilities questions, please contact our events coordinator at Tohono Chul – Sylvia sverbais@tohonochul.org. You will be able to drop off your stuff earlier in the morning to set up on the day of the event to prevent having to set up in the heat of the day. We will be sending more information soon!
