Leman Academy Preschool utilizes Procare as a child care management software that allows families to enroll electronically, utilize the contactless check-in/check-out feature to make pick-ups and drop-offs easy and safe, communicate with their scholar’s teacher and receive electronic communications from the preschool.

Drop-off is between 7:50 and 8:05 AM. Tuition is based on the contracted schedule and not on attendance.

Bayou Gulch Pre-K FAQs

How old must my child be to attend?
Scholars must be 4 years old by October 1 of the school year they will attend.
What are the program hours?
Bayou Gulch Pre-K operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Extended care is available until 3:30 PM for an additional fee.
How much is tuition?
Tuition for the 2026–27 school year is $1,150 per month for 10 months, August through May. View the complete tuition information .
Are there additional fees?
A non-refundable registration fee of $125 per child or $150 per family applies. There is also a $170 EduKit fee.
Does Leman participate in Colorado Universal Preschool?
Bayou Gulch Pre-K is a tuition-based program and does not participate in Colorado UPK. This allows Leman to preserve its purposeful classical curriculum, consistent daily structure and established program model.
Does Pre-K follow the Douglas County school calendar?
Yes. The program closely follows the Douglas County School District calendar, including snow days and delayed closures.
How does the program prepare scholars for kindergarten?
The program develops early reading, handwriting and math skills while helping scholars build independence, confidence, consistent routines and social-emotional readiness.
Can I tour the Pre-K program?
Yes. Families may attend a whole-school tour or contact the campus to arrange a Pre-K-specific tour.
How does Pre-K enrollment work?
Families begin by placing their scholar’s name on the Pre-K interest list. Eligible scholars are included in the first-round lottery. Families are then notified whether their scholar has been accepted or placed on the waitlist.
