Requirements & Forms
Before joining a team, all student-athletes must meet the following requirements. These steps help ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for every scholar who takes part in Leman Academy athletics.
Sports Physical
- All athletes must have a current sports physical signed by a doctor.
- The physical must be on file with the school before a scholar can practice.
- Physicals are valid for one year.
Eligibility & Fees
- Scholars in grades 5–8 may participate after making a team.
- Students must maintain a 65% or better in each class to remain eligible.
- A sports fee is due each season. The amount may vary by sport and campus.
Required Forms
- Families must complete the athletics registration packet before participation.
- This includes emergency contact information, transportation permissions, and the code of conduct for athletes.
- Forms must be submitted to the campus before the first practice.
Additional Information
Uniforms
Team uniforms are provided by each campus. Special designs may be requested.
Homeschool Scholars
Scholars enrolled through Leman Virtual Academy are welcome to join campus teams.
Sportsmanship
Leman athletes are expected to demonstrate teamwork, respect, and integrity both on and off the field.

FAQs
• Any scholar 5th-8th grade is allowed to participate upon making a team.

Uniforms are provided by each campus. (special uniforms can be designed and purchased upon team request and approval from AD and Admin.)
Homeschool scholars are allowed to join if they are enrolled at Leman Virtual.
Refunds are given if a scholar has a change of mind or injury prior to the start of season games beginning. If a scholar quits once they have competed in a season game, no refund should be given.
